From bank transfer, cash deposit in ATM or Bank, paynow, scheduling the transfers and Giro. You can conveniently and simply repay your loan to Credit Xtra, your licensed moneylender.
Repayment Options
Online Bank Transfer
You may repay your loan from your online banking account. Just perform a bank transfer to our DBS bank current account information below:

PayNow
You may repay your loan using PayNow by scanning QR Code above or entering UEN 200923548G. Make sure you indicate your loan reference or NRIC in the reference text field.
Cash Deposit
You may repay your loan by cash deposit into an DBS ATM / Cash Deposit Machine or by visiting DBS branch cash deposit counter services.

Cheque Deposit
You may visit any DBS branch to bank in or drop your payment cheque. Please make sure you have our DBS bank account number clearly written on the back of the cheque. Do note there is cheque clearing cycle of at least 1 to 2 days and you should deposit your cheque 1 to 2 days before payment due.

Schedule A Bank Transfer
You may repay your loan by scheduling your payments in your online banking app. All online banking app has this feature. You may check with your bank how you may schedule a recurring bank transfer online if you are unable to locate this feature.

Giro Payment
You may pick up a giro payment instruction form from your bank physically or have the form downloaded from the bank website. Complete your portion of the form and send the form for our processing. The usual giro set up processing could take up to a month. Once the giro payment is set up, your repayment will be deducted from your bank account on schedule.
Always remember to send an sms/whatsapp of your payment amount with your loan reference or NRIC after each payment is made to 9682 8299!
